I have the hardest time buying souvenirs. What do I get that will help me remember all the fun things that happened in a particular place? Well, pictures are worth a thousand words so postcards should be the way to go. So here is my collection of postcard pictures!
From the old neighborhood, this cute European house with flower boxes is pretty common but will remind one of her pleasant walk through town. (taken in Bremen)
If you are looking for something with more of a city feel, this full shot of the Bremen main train station is golden. The sun is at just the right angle, magnifying one’s love of public transportation.
Who doesn’t love castles?! The scene is set with the wispy clouds, and the German flag off the tower of the Heidelberg Castle arouses German pride.
Wilhelm the Great resides in Koblenz. His monument is bigger than one would think and something to remember.
Living in the city of Berlin makes one appreciate the beautiful greenery and fountains at the Kaiser’s Palace. Away from the hustle and bustle, one must remember the peaceful trickle of water and rustle of leaves in the breeze.
And last but not least, one of the Kaiser’s palaces in person. One walked triumphantly down the wide path to stand at the base of this very large (and very pink) palace with a dome resting on it’s crown.
I am set to go now! I have a collection of postcards and a collection of memories hidden in each.
