First Thoughts

I first became interested in the Summer Program when my oldest brother, Paul, went on it five years ago.  He had a great time, and so did my middle brother, Sean, when he went on it two years ago.  I knew I had to at least check it out.  The information given at first-look meetings was great, and I knew that I wanted to go.  I wanted to go not only for the chance to go to Europe and really experience it, but also for the great learning environment and the chance to deepen friendships and make new ones.

I hope this making of friendships is an outcome of the class, as well as great relationships with the Professors and a great understanding of German culture.

I hope I can bring a positive attitude and an inclusive nature to this trip, as well as responsibility and focus.

My prayer for the summer program is that every student enjoys themselves.  I want everyone to get good enough grades not to worry and stress about them while still having a good group of friends and experiencing the culture in healthy ways.
